Service providers

The providers (processors) that process personal data on behalf of Oktava, with the role and the processing region of each. This list is part of the Privacy policy and is updated when a provider changes.
Current providers
Auth0 (Okta, Inc.): authentication, sign-in and account security. Processing region: European Union.
Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd): merchant of record for payments, taxes and invoices; an independent controller for payment data under its own privacy policy. Processing region: United Kingdom and United States, under its own transfer safeguards.
Resend, Inc.: delivery of transactional e-mail (sign-in links, receipts, service notices). Processing region: United States, under standard contractual clauses.
Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o.): hosting, content delivery and streaming of the catalogue; server and delivery logs. Processing region: European Union.
Aiven Oy: managed database for accounts, venues, devices and playback logs. Processing region: European Union.
PostHog (PostHog, Inc., EU Cloud): product analytics and, with your consent, session recordings in the account area. Processing region: European Union.
Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.): error monitoring. Not yet enabled; it will be added here with its processing region when it is.
