What's in the certificate
The named certificate carries your legal entity, the location name, a certificate number, validity dates and a QR code. It states the fact that matters: the Oktava catalog contains no works under collecting-society management, so playing it needs no license from them — the certificate is about our catalog, not about music in general.
What the QR code shows
The QR resolves to a public verification page: the location's name, the legal entity, the validity dates and the current status — live from our database, no login. An inspector scans it and sees the verdict in seconds, on their own phone.
Why it's more than a PDF
A PDF can be forged or simply go stale; a live verification page can't. It reflects the subscription in real time — when a subscription ends, the certificate's status flips to inactive on the same page. That's honesty by design: the document is only ever as good as the coverage behind it.

Playback log
A per-track record of what actually played, exported from the dashboard as CSV. The certificate says the catalog needs no license; the log proves the catalog is what was playing.

Is the sample legally valid?
No — it's a watermarked preview. A certificate counts when it's named, numbered and its QR resolves to an active status. That's the point: validity is checkable, not claimed.
Printed copy or phone screen?
Either. The QR code works from a printed page or a screen — inspectors scan it with their own phone.
